Shipping Charges

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

* Photographs of the outer packaging
* Photographs of the damaged product
* Photographs of the shipping label

For shipments that appear lost in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
